Terms of Service
Rules for using MudMeet — the social home for mudding and off-road.

By accessing or using MudMeet, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
The Service
MudMeet is a social platform designed for the off-road, mudding, Jeep, ATV, dirt bike, and UTV community. The app allows users to share content, discover events and rides, connect with local riders, buy and sell gear, and more. We are constantly improving the app and features may change over time.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use MudMeet. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
User Content
You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting content, you grant MudMeet a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content within the app.
You agree not to post content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, infringing, or violates our Community Guidelines. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior; you can report content and block users in-app, and we remove violating content and may remove accounts.
Child Safety Standards
MudMeet has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). We prohibit any content, conduct, or activity that sexualizes, grooms, exploits, or endangers minors.
- Report in the app: Use the "…" menu on any post or profile to report content or users.
- Block users: Block accounts from their profile at any time.
- Email us: Report urgent safety issues to mudmeet@yahoo.com.
- Enforcement: We review reports, remove violating content, and suspend or ban accounts that break these rules.
- Legal compliance: When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM, we remove it and report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the appropriate regional authority as required by law.

Marketplace & Rides
All marketplace listings and ride events are user-generated. MudMeet is not a party to any transaction and does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or availability of any listing, ride, or event. All transactions and ride participation occur at your own risk.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms or Community Guidelines. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen or via our account deletion page.
Disclaimer
MudMeet is provided "AS IS" without any warranties. Off-road activities, riding, and attending events involve serious risk of injury or death. You assume all risks associated with using the app and participating in any rides or events.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of MudMeet after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
